New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine via Catylist

RCA-MA members now have discounted access to the New England Commercial Property Exchange (NECPE), which is the Catylist-powered CIE covering those states. Access would mean your listings could be displayed on the public-facing site of the NECPE, and you'd have access to comparables and the broadcast email system to reach out to the participants in the NECPE.(Note: all Catylist listings nationwide are avaialble to the participants in any local Catylist system, but the public websites displays only the listings of participants in an individual system.) The MassCIE and NECPE have entered into a recriprocal agreement whereby participants in each CIE may join the other at the discounted rate of $200 per year.
