Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2000
Marty started his real estate sales career in 1971 working for the Chicago real estate firm of Cuneo and Halsey Realty. His sales experience includes 24 years of Industrial sales and 10 years of Real Estate Sales. Over the years he started and built a chemical fluid business, served an industrial trade association as president and 12 years as a board member, also spent 11 years as a sales training director and instructor. Marty built and operated 3 food franchises and served as a franchise development agent for a regional franchise.
Beginning in 2000, Marty began selling commercial real estate with COM-RE Corporation (RE/MAX Teamwork Commercial Division).
On October 1, 2005 Marty joined King & Newton, LLC Specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage in the Western Massachusetts market.
In April 2009 Marty completed the auctioneering course at the International Auction School and received certification and licensing as an auctioneer. Marty plans to offer the Accelerated Marketing option to his list of services for real estate clients.
